All orders Shipped from our warehouse in Kurnell, NSW. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Standard delivery : $10 Flat rate 

Express Delivery : $20 Flat rate (some regional areas might incur higher shipping charges).

Items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of your purchase. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your package has been dispatched from warehouse. Once your package is dispatched, delivery times are out of our control. 

We unfortunately cannot except products returned after they have been used. 

We will except returns if there is a problem with you order? Please contact us at hello@myguyskin.com within 5 days of receiving the product if it is wrong or damaged. 

We offer local pickup from Kurnell, NSW. This is available by appointment only. Click the
local pickup option at the time of your purchase and email hello@myguyskin.com to book a
pickup time.

We do not currently offer shipping outside of Australia.
